Primed and then riveted the A-1204 L & R Outbd Nose Ribs to the Aileron Counterbalance. Clecoed these subassemblies to the A-1203 Spar. Match-drilled holes in the Aileron Counterbalance through the A-1201C-L Outbd Nose Skin. This was slow and it took a long time. A lot of heat was generated while drilling and I think the holes in the skin became larger. Also match-drilled holes in the flanges of the Outbd Nose Ribs. Separated the A-1208 Brackets and deburred them. I primed these together with the A-1201-L and R Inbd Nose Ribs. Riveted the A-1208 Brackets to the Nose Ribs and got to use the pneumatic squeezer again. Match-drilled 2 Pivot Brackets and an A-1203 Actuation Bracket. Deburred the L Outbd Nose Skin and match-drilled holes.
