Brief Description: Installation of outboard Main Ribs

Match-drilled 2 W-1210L Main Ribs to the W-1216 Hinge Bracket and W-1216B-R Hinge Rib. I found out that I missed this step before. Clecoed and riveted the 7 outboard Main Ribs.
