Fabricated the F-1287G and F1287H spacers from an aluminum tube. Used an inexpensive digital calipers from Harbor Freight and it worked very well. Prepared the Servo Tray Assembly with countersinking of 2 holes for the K1000-8 nutplate; riveting the 2 F-1287J Doublers; drilling holes (final and match) through the F-1287B Doublers, the Pitch Trim Servo and the Servo Tray. Deburred the holes, primed the parts and then put them together. Deburred the F-128C Link. Inserted bushings into the Link and Servo Tray Assembly and filed them per the plans. I was able to connect 1 spade connector but the smallest hole in my wire stripper was not closing properly and had difficulty stripping the other wires. Will get a new wire stripper tomorrow to strip the other wires.
