Cut 10 sheets of fiberglass to cover the hole I cut in the bottom cowl. Sanded and beveled the sides of the hole. Poured epoxy resin over the fiberglass sheets and placed on the hole. Applied peel ply on the top side of the fiberglass layup.
Sensenich SB 2016--06B, Van's Aircraft SB 18-07-05, KAI 47: Removed the propeller and both Hub Mount Half (Aft) and Hub Clamp Half (Fwd). Removed one of the prop spacers that I had installed before. Reinstalled the Hub Mount Half using new AN5-16A bolts and torqued to 20 ft-lbs. Installed the propeller, new Sensenich Revision "D1" Hub Clamp Half and front spinner bulkhead (S-1203-1) but did not tighten them yet. No cracks were noted on the old hub clamp half.
