Brief Description: Installed locking fuel cap, sanded fairings

Installed Newton locking fuel cap by applying Proseal on the flange and placing it into the existing fuel filler flange/neck. Did some more sanding of the main wheel fairings to get more clearance between the tires and the fairings.
