Started work on installing the Reiff Preheat System. Drilled two 3/16 holes in the F-1201E-R Oil Tank Bracket. Installed the Hotband Heater around the oil tank and safety-wired the screw. Cleaned the areas where the Hotstrip Heater and thermostat will be placed. Applied epoxy on the heater strip and thermostat and placed them at the base of #1 cylinder and bottom of the oil tank, respectively.
Removed the paint around the hole in the F-12016-1 bracket where the ground terminal will be placed. Crimped an ES-36154 Ring Terminal to the green ground wire. Will wait for the epoxy to cure before connecting the wires and tie wrapping them.
