Brief Description: Spar Box assembly.

Primed HS-1211 Spar Caps, HS-1209 Spar Cap Spacers and HS-1212 Inspar Ribs and riveted per Step 2. Spar Box Assembly clecoed together. WD-1207 Upper Horn and WD-1208 Lower Horn final drilled. Final drilled WD-1222 Counterbalance brackets. WD-1223 Counterbalance Arm inserted in Spar Box Assembly and holes match-drilled. Step 10 (Counterbalance Arms and Brackets rotated 90 degrees) accomplished.
