Brief Description: Assembly of V-Stab main skin to skeleton.
One hole inadvertently enlarged while drilling out defective rivet and also damaged K1100-08 nutplate. Drilled out the other rivet to be able to replace the nutplate. Drilled enlarged hole to 1 size larger and did the same to one hole of new nutplate. Both enlarged holes were dimpled and used a AN426AD4-4 rivet to attach the nutplate to the enlarged hole.
Clecoed VS-1201 Main Skin to the V-Stab skeleton. It was a tight fit but no skin deformation noted. Will do final riveting after inspection by EAA technical counselor.
