Brief Description: Stabilator Front Spar Service Bulletin
Riveted the HS-0121D Stabilator Hinge Doublers to the HS-1202 Fwd Spar. Temporarily installed the Outbd and Inbd Hinge Bracket Assemblies. Removed rivets from the H-Stab per the plans. Clecoed the HS-01231C Stablilator Hinge Gussets. Final-drilled and match-drilled the holes in the gussets into the Stabilator Assembly and Hinge Brackets. Disassembled the parts and deburred the edges and holes. Primed the gussets and part of the stabilator skin which will be covered by the gussets. Bolted the Hinge Bracket Assemblies and riveted the gussets to the H-stabilator and brackets. Bolted and riveted the WD-1207/HS-01232 and WD-1208/HS-01232 assemblies to the Stabilator assembly. Applied torque seal on the bolts and torqued the AN3 bolts to 30 in-lbs.
