Date:  1-22-2017
Number of Hours:  3.00
Manual Reference:  PAP, 45
Brief Description:  Adjusted K ratio, purged brake lines

Although the high fuel flow alarm has not sounded the measured fuel flow by the Skyview computer is still higher than the actual fuel burn. Went to the Skyview setup and changed the K ratio to 96500. This ratio worked well with another builder as noted the VAF forum.

I still smeel gas every now and then. Removed the carpet covering the fuel tank and checked the floor, the sight glass and the corners using a flexible videoscope. I did not see any leak. Removed the top cowl to look for signs of fuel leaks and did not find any.

45A-02: Removed the battery so I can adjust the ground cable. Replaced the plastic gromet with a rubber U-channel. Applied Red RTV where the battery cables are close to other parts.

Bled the brake lines again to get rid of the air bubbles in the brake lines. The brake pedal pressure is good but will check again when the plane is in motion.

Installed to top cowl and replaced a few screws with worn out heads.

GTR200 Manual: Checked the radios for static (it was loud on the last flight) but did not hear any that is worse than baseline. Checked the default settings and they are still the same.
