Reviewed the RV-12 Skyview Pre-Sets Read-Me. Uploaded Van's RV-12 pre-sets which my exchanged SV D1000T EFIS did not have. Also uploaded Skyview update version 13.0.3. Entered my plane's Hex Code (AB2BE3) in the EFIS set up. While I had the battery connected I tested the landing lights and they work in the steady and pulse mode. When I turned the Nav or Strobe switch ON the fuse blew and I thought I smelled some burning. I turned the Master Switch OFF and removed the F-1240 Upper Forward Fuselage Skin. I did not see any sign of burning behind the panels. However, everytime I turned the Nav or Strobe power switch ON the fuse blew. I will need to trouble shoot this problem.
34-16: Did some more trimming and sanding of the Canopy Fairing. Enlarged the holes for the canopy pivot bolts some more so I can get metal washer through the hole.
