47-07: Loosened the bolts holding the prop blades so I could set the prop pitch. Followed the detailed steps in this Section and after several tries I was able to tighten the bolts while maintaining the prescribed pitch angle. Prop blade 38278 had a final pitch angle of 71.4 degrees and the other prop blade (38263) had a final pitch of 71.5 degrees. Trimmed/sanded the notches at the side of the spinner to get the prescribed clearance from the prob hubs. After sanding, installed the spinner onto the S-1202 Spinner Plate, S-1203-1 Front Spinner Bulkhead and S-1202B Backplates.
