44A-04: Bolted the Autopilot Pitch Servo to fthe F-1215-R Seat Rib and F-1269 Servo Doubler. Applied Loctite to the bolt threads before installation.
44A-06: Stripped the ends of the wires from the WH-RV12-OPTIONAL and WH-B170 Autopilot Harnesses. Joined the wires of the same color and crimped Molex pins except for the red wires which got an ES 421-0107 Male Spade Connector. Cut a 3.5 inch long wire and crimped a Molex pin to one end and an ES 421-0108 Female Spade Connector to the opposite end. Inserted the pins into a Molex Plug. Joined the 2 Molex Plugs and the Noise Filter to the Servo. Also connected the ground wire to a seat rib. Bolted the Pitch Servo Pushrod Assembly to the Servo and the WD-1210 Control Column. Secured the Molex Plugs and Noise Filter to the Servo with a zip tie and lacing tape. Secured the wires with zip ties and lacing tape to prevent rubbing against nearby metal parts.
42C-13 & -14: Installed the FC-403 Intercom to the right Instrument Panel and then connected it to its harness. Also installed the 453-0023 ELT Self-Powered Cockpit Remote Switch to the right Instrument Panel. Installed a ring terminal to the ground wire and connected it to the left ES CPU fan by a screw. Connected the phone cable to the ELT switch.
