Brief Description: Avionics wiring and installation
Installed the AV-50001 Power and Switch Module to the F-00023 Center Panel and screwed to the F-00026 Inst Stack Angles. Connected the WH-00031 Switch Module Harness to the Power and Switch Module and the AV-5000A Control Module. Installed the AV-Garmin SL40-12 Tray but had to reposition it after I found out that I had installed it upside down (the radio would not fit all the way when it is inserted). I broke one of the screws attaching the tray to the right Inst Stack Angle and will need to get a replacement. Temporarily put a different screw. Inserted the AV Garmin SL40 transciever into the tray and connected its harness to the Control Module. Installed the Transponder and its tray to the Firewall Upper and connected the Antenna Cable to the Transponder. Also connected the Transponder to the Control Module by its harness. Organized the wires in the Tunnel and Panel Base and put zip ties around the wires.
Section 11-07: Checked the wires and micropins connected to the Servo. It seemed that some of the pins are not fully seated in their Molex housing because they could easily be pulled out. I tried reinserting them but broke one of the wires. I'll need to get replacement parts and redo some of the steps in this section.
