Brief Description:  Avionics wiring and completion of Stiffener Retrof

I wanted to finish the wiring on top of the Panel Base but there are still wires from the Tailcone and the Control Sticks that need to be routed forward to the the panel. Also, the static line (now renamed Aft Pitol Line in the SV upgrade) needs to be brought forward. I've not connected the Tailcone to the Fuselage yet but there is enough slack with the Aft Pitot Line and WH-P30 Trim Wires that I can bring the forward ends to the Panel Base and still have 1.5 to 2 feet space between the TC and Fuse. I had not connected the Trim Wires to the Tunnel D-sub connector since I delayed connecting the TC to the Fuse. I had hoped the SV Upgrade would eliminate or would not need to do some of the legacy wiring. Unfortunately, I still have to do the wiring like I was installing the D-180. Looking back at the Section 31 plans I realized that I still had to do many of the steps that were intended for the D-180. Routed the Trim Wires and the Aft Pitot line from the TC to the rear of the Fuselage, through the Tunnel and up the top of the Panel Base. Temporarily installed the Control Sticks and routed the Push-To-Talk harnesses to the top of the Panel Base. Crimped ring terminals to the F-83 PTT Ground Wires. Inserted the pins from on the trim wires, PTT wires and WH-RV-Music into the TUNNEL 37-d-Sub connector.

54-06: Applied firewall sealant over the rivet heads (placed with the Stiffener Retrofit) on the Firewall Shelf and Firewall Upper and in the open holes of the F-1270 Side Skins This last step completes the Stiffener Retrofit.
