Brief Description: Finished rudder rib end rivets.
This morning I was able to finish all of the rivets on the end of the ribs where they are very narrow. My father-in-law Norm gave me a piece of 3/8" bar stock to use as a narrow profile bucking bar, my tungstun bar was too thick. I ground the ends of it down to clean it up a little and left the rust on the rest of it. Norm the aircraft tool supplier! The rivets in the second picture were rebucked and saved with the 3/8" bar and turned out good.
The last picture shows the very tip of the rib where I had to use a flush mount, pulled rivet #MK-319-BS.
