Brief Description: Started on the rudder trailing edge preperation.
Today I started on the rudder trailing edge. First thing was to match drill holes for the skins and AEX wedge that goes in between them. I am not sure what AEX stands for, should probably find out. All it does is give support and shape to the end of the rudder where the two skins narrow to a point. Next I counter sunk the wedge to it would fit well with the dimpled skins.
When clecoed it had a pretty good fit, could have been a little tighter, but it really just cosmetic. I will put a little filler in to fill the gap before painting.
