Tonight, I used my router and a mortising bit with Justines help to machine the .040" deep slot in the F-637B angle to allow for hinge clearance. I then used the scotchbrite wheel for the 3/8" radius on the angles end. Lastly, I used the drill press and fly cutter for the 2-1/4" lightning holes in the (2) F-638 seat back braces.
