Brief Description: Started painting inside fuselage parts....
I finally picked a paint and color for the interior of the cockpit. It will be Rustoleum Universal Metallic "Dark Steel" It has a little more gloss than I would like, but I think it will look good. The metallic flakes aren't quite as boring as plain gray. It is in a spray can and is available at Menard's so it will be easy to find down the road. I'll probably buy a bunch so I have the same manufacture lot and extra for touch up in the future.
I countersunk most of the forward fuse angles and then painted them.
I had a concern about and extra hole in the F-715 ribs that I misdrilled with the unibit last week. I sent a picture to Van's and Gus Funnel said I could add a doubler, but it wasn't really needed. The skin rivets to this rib so it will act like a doubler itself. Building on.
