Brief Description: Riveted and bolted doublers for seat ribs.
Tonight I riveted and bolted the doublers to the two flanges of the F-716 seat ribs that were mis-drilled a couple weeks ago. They turned out great and are stronger than the large washer idea that I had.
Next, I match drilled the F-715 flanges to the seat floor along with the rest of the left seat floor and left baggage floor. I used a piece of scrap to ensure I left a .040" space between the F-715 flange and floor skin so it won't rub on the fuse side skin once it is installed.
Next session I will drill the right floors and then start installing the K1100-08 nutplates so the floors will be removable.
