Brief Description: Worked on Right Flap piano hinge
Today I started to fit the new piano hinge with a wider flange for the right flap. The hinge flange was now a little too long and contacted the radius bend in the brace so I took 1/16" off the entire length using the scotch brite wheel on the bench grinder. It warped a little bit from the heat generated by the process, but I will be able to pull it into place and cleco while match drilling. It is good to get back on the project after waiting for parts and being busy for the last few weeks.
