Completed riveting skin to sub-structure. Blind riveted HS-708 to rear spar assembly. Riveted HS-706 to rear spar. Could not see where in the manual it says to do this, but the first step in riveting the HS involves taping over the rib attach holes to prevent riveting them before the ribs are attached. I need to do a little more research before I rivet the innner ribs to the rear spar.
Went ahead and riveted HS-405 to the rear spar assembly based on the specs in the drawing. It's absoloutly critical to carefully read the drawings before doing anything. Many things can only be learned from the drawings. Probably obvious to experienced builders.
