Brief Description: Continuing work on front spar, begin work on ribs
Dimpled HS-702 inboard holes, and countersunk HS-710 and HS-714. Set countersink depth so top of rivet head sits .005" below surface IAW instructions.
Notched HS-404 ribs for HS-710 and HS-714. Edge finished ribs with small round and flat files, sandpaper, and Scotch-Brite wheel. Fluted flanges of HS-706, HS-707, HS-708. Fluting is easier than I expected. Used Goof-Off to easily remove sticker labels from parts.
