The garage is all set up so I can start building as soon as the kit is delivered. I have the room so I made a 4 x 12 workbench from some old 2 X 6 left over from when the redwood deck was replaced last year. A bit overbuilt, but it sure is sturdy.
The plans table was a real find. It used to be a Ford Truck showroom product display stand. It became obsolete with the new model release and on it's way to the dumpster I had a flash of inspiration. It is perfect!
The power tool bench is a quick Saturday build, again from left over 2 X 6 ripped down to 2 X 3 to make this smaller cart. All cords are dropped into a center hole in the table top and collected at a power strip with an 8' cord. Drill press, band saw, sander, and bench grinder with scotchbrite wheel.
