I thought I would start my phase of assembling with the flaps. They seem like the cheapest parts if I make any rooky mistakes. First thing of interest is that the guide and video I have been studying utilise flap skins that have pre drilled holes. Must not have been the way in the 2006 kit. No pre drilled holes in flap or aileron skins. They are dimensionally correct. David had marked out and drilled the right flap skin. Left was still in the wrapping paper. Right flap drilled and clecoed including hing. Left flap skin marked out for drilling. Drilled my first holes now.
