Brief Description:  Fuselage B-Mod Cockpit Installation

I completed the left seat B-Mod installation of the seat L-Angles. Then moved on to make an extra doubler fo rthe centre seat belt attachment point. The seatbelt system in the plans is a three point harness. This is probably adequate although some people install 4 and 5 point systems. The aircraft is not aerobatic. Crash worthiness consideration research indicates that 3 and 5 point systems are good options. My concern is that the centre and shoulder attachment points seem to be weaker points. The centre attachment consists of two 0.025" aluminium skins doubled fo rthe bolt to attach to. Since I had this section apart I decided to add a third 0.040" double on the inside with additional flange to locate the assemble to the centre seat bulkhead. This will more than double the attachement bolt hold strength which seems like a good trade for about 100g of weight.

I also installed the rear wing B_Mod attachment brackets
