The replacement spar caps arrived. I replaced both bottom caps by match drilling all holes. I drilled the wing attachment holes by transfer punching and then drilling with 19/64 undersize for the 5/16 bolt. Ream them out later. I used my vise rivet squeezer from wing spar mod. Worked very well again.
