During the last engine run the data showed the mixture was all over the place. Sometimes rich sometimes very lean. THe Rotec TBI regulator was leaking fuel out the bottom of the TBI most fo the time. So i pulled it apart and put it back together. Couldn't see anything wrong and then tested it and it worked fine. Not very satifying but what can you do. See how it goes with some more running.
I made an electric primer fo rthe TBI. You need the primer for starting. A button on the dash turn the mortot on which rotats the cam and depresses the primer pin. The micro switch activates once the cam starts to rotate and then maintains the motor power until the cam has returned to start position and released the primer pin. So a quick push of the button get you one press of the primer pin. Hold the button in and the primer gets presses and released continuously. Seems to work well but will keep an eye on it to make sure it is reliable.
