Details = time. Fitted the rudder stop, one simple piece of plastic to limit the rudder max travel. Lots of... put the rudder on, measure max travel. Take rudder off, sand down the stop. Put rudder back on, measure travel.... rinse and repeat many, many times. Finally got the 28 degrees of travel we wanted.
