I'm getting there! After both heads torqued down perfectly, all bolts and nuts are perfectly uniform, it was time to finally move into new territory. Pushrod tubes were installed, along with pushrods and rocker arms. I found the instructions for adjusting the valves very straight forward. The hydraulic lifter and valve train should not need to be adjusted again over the life of the engine. The adjustments are followed with lock nuts insuring things stay were you put them. The oil pump sump pick up was installed, its been modified, lengthened for the extra deep oil pan that will be installed next.
