Brief Description:  Nosebowl installation

Yes... FINALLY!! I'm DONE with fiberglass as far as I know. I actually kinda enjoyed it since its so different than what I usually do. However, I was reminded again that I definitely do not want to build a composite aircraft... too much fumes and way too much sanding!!! After I split the nosebowl again, I had to put it back together, put plastic wrap on one side as a release agent and glass up a lip to allow the two halves to interlock, and to create an area for a backing plate for the hardward to hole it all together. A second lip had to be created to allow the sheet metal to lay flush and to also support the attachment hardware.

It is now a total of 4 inches narrower and matches the Savannah fuselage profile better than the original design. So far so good.
