Brief Description:  Nose bowl sides

Making progress. After the initial layes of fiberglass on the inside, the posterboard was removed by sanding it off (my Pledge spray wax was NOT SUFFICIENT as a release barrier ;). Then an additional 7 layeres was added to the outside. After curing the nosebowl was inverted and the new inlet rings were bonded into place with additional fiberglass.

Once all that cured, everything was sanded to a fairly smooth profile. So fair I'm pleased with the results. I'm sure I'll have a little more work to do to adjust it for final installation. I haven't been taking pics, but while the fiberglass is curing I have been taking care of little things on the list of refinements. I put some spacers under the mounting screws of the pitot tube, making it closer to level in flight as I've noticed it was slightly pitched up. I'm not sure what the difference will be in indicated airspeed, more test flights coming up! I also pulled the panel and added an audio out plug from the intercom so I can experiement with pluging a camera in, hopefully to capture the audio from the intercomm for future vlogs. Additionally I fixed a very small oil lead from the oil temp sender, I redoped it and tightened it a bit more.
