Had a couple of good days to work. After a few trial and errors, I figured out a good approach, the first close out panel took 1.5 hours, the second about 20 minutes! I learned to first glue the weather stripping on, let it cure, then wrestle the piece into position. I used Glen Sterling's pattern and made new panels, rather than using ICP's version. The extra size ensure plently of material to move around for a good fit. Plus I had enough underlap that I didn't need the extra "belt" material that ICP uses... I think I ended up with a smooth look.
My Savannah is finally "sealed" as much as it ever will be :-))))
