I fitted the LED navigation/strobe light combo to the wing tips. LED's have sure changed the world, the elecrical loads are almost none existent. Very nice, allowing me to use the 20amp teacup direct drive alternator on my engine, a very sleek and light accessory.
The wings have been washed, degreased, acid etched, and scuffed with a red scotch brite.... ready to be primed. Because it's best to prime within 24 hours of etching, you have to find basically two days together in your schedule... which has been a challenge this year.
