Due to a change in the Jabiru 3300 exhaust, the original JEGS oil cooler can not be used. A new aviation grade oil cooler was purchased from Van's Aircraft. Also, Sonex has not updated it's Jabiru Installation Guide. Based on some recommendations from Sonex and others, I start to fashion a oil cooler mounting bracket. The part was cut to the new design and the edges were dressed. The part was test fit to check for hole placement.
