The plans give two options for the fuel tank vent. The first is straight up. The second method and the one I chose, is to run the vent out the bottom of the cowl through a steel vent tube. This required some creative tube bending and shaping. Once the required shape was achieved, four aluminum P-clips were used to attach the tubing to the firewall. I'll wait until a little later to rivet the clips down.
