After allowing the motor mount to dry overnight it was mounted on the front of the fuselage. A selection of 0.063", 0.032", and 0.024" shims were made from aluminum sheets. The mount still needs to be leveled and positioned according to the plans. A large order was also placed with Wicks Aircraft today. Various parts for the the panel and fuel system were ordered. I beleived the total came to somewhere around $350. I also placed a request on the Yahoo! groups for borrowing the step drills needed in rigging the wings.
