Brief Description: Working on Fiberglass Tail Tips
When I when to installed the rivnuts, I quick found that the dimple dies that I had were of the wrong size. They were for 1/8" and I needed a 3/16" dimple die set. My solution was to make a dimpling tool out of a thick piece of aluminum and a countersink head screw. See photo. This worked very well and 15 rivnuts were installed.
