After drilling the tail tip supports, they were removed, deburred and then painted with Zinc Oxide primer. Once dried, everything was re-assembled with clecos. Two SNX-T14-04 Tail Tip Support Ribs were also attached. Everything was riveted together. Four cotter pins were also installed in the elevator hinges to capture the hinge pins.
