The Lower Motor Mounts (SNX-F02 R&L) were cleaned up using various files. The holes were located according to plans and then drilled on the drill press. The Rudder Pedal mounts were made from 2"x2"x1/8" aluminum angle extrusion. Once the part was in the correct shape it was deburred then the holes were located and drilled. The Rudder Support Angles were made using a 0.063" Aluminum sheet. The parts were cut to approximate size. The 90 degree bend was made using a metal brake. Once the part was bent, the parts size was corrected and the holes were located and drilled.
