Brief Description: Fuel Tank Installation Complete!
The two bolts holding the fore and aft straps together were removed releasing the fuel tank. The fuel tank was removed and set aside. With the tank out, the three bolts on each side of the longeron were installed and torqued to the correct value. The tank was re-installed, and the straps were again bolted together. The two tank retaining brackets were drilled in place, removed, deburred, and then riveted. The remaining rivets around the glareshield were installed (along the longeron and in the upper firewall).
