Brief Description: Flap Tube Install and Rudder Pedal Springs
The final finishing touches to the phenolic block for the Flap tube were made. Once everything fit correctly, the blocks were greased and bolts torqued down. The two rudder pedal springs were next on the block. The two springs were provided by Sonex LTD and are actually screen door springs. The springs were cut to length and the required ends were formed, and finally the springs were installed on the Rudder pedal cable straps. The Rudder Pedal cable straps were then attached to the rudder pedals.
