Brief Description: Started Rudder Pedal Insallation
The two holes in the cable adjusters, SNX-C02-03R/L were marked, drilled and deburred. The parts were then completely deburred completing hte parts and Plan's Page C02. I found that I had to remove the powder coating from the ends of the rudder pedal welded parts. With the paint still on, the pedals did not move when the pivot blocks were tightened down! The pivot blocks were chamfered as indicated in the plans to allow room for the welds on the pedals. The Rudder pedals were temporarily installed to check for fit.
