After priming was complete, the parts were installed and the seat pan was checked for fit. I discovered that the seat pan no longer fit due to the hinge half being located further aft then in the original desgn. To fix this problem, I built a new hinge half and located it 1/8" further forward from the previous locatoin. The holes were drill using the old holes in the angle extrusion as the guides. With this change the seat pan fit correctly. All parts were riveted, which completed the SNX-SB-003 Service Bulletin.
