Brief Description: Glare Shield Details

Various parts were made for the Glare shield and instrument panel. First the fuel tanks stop angles, SNX-F07-08 were made from from Z02-03 angle stock. A total of two were made. Next the Firewall angles, SNX-F07-09 & 10, were also made from Z02-03 angle stock. Once the parts wre made to shape the angle was opened up as indicated in the plans. There was one F07-09 angle and two F07-10 angle. Lastly, various attach plates included with the kit were unpacked. Some of these will have to be modified due to the modifcations of hte instrument panel planned. Once compete, the glare shield was once again placed on the forward fuselage. The front angle had to be "tuned in" to make if fit correctly.
