After Studying SNX-F08, I found that the seat sling detailed there was for the single control version of the Sonex. After searching through the plans pages, the dual control seat sling was found on plans page SNX-C05. So, the Seat Sling, SNX-C05-04, was cut to shape from 0.025 Aluminum Sheet. Ater cutting to size, the holes were located and makred. They were then cut out using a RotoZip and cleaned up with a deburring wheel. I started to make the bends, but wasn't happy with how the bend was being made, so decided to wait and ordered a 36" Metal Brake.
