Brief Description: Aft Lower Cabin Parts

After a week off vacationing in Alabama, I started back making parts for the Aft Lower Cabin. Two Clips, SNX-F10-11, were made from 0.032" aluminum. The parts were cut to size and bent on the metal brake. The holes were drilled and then the parts were deburred. Next, the Center Support Channel, SNX-F10-12 was made from Z02-04 bent aluminum stock. The part was cut according to the plans, the holes drilled, and then completely deburred. Then the Right and Left Seat Belt Attach Angle, SNX-F10-13R/L, were made from Z02-04 bent aluminum stock. The parts were cut according to the plans, and the holes drilled. The parts were bent in the required place. The parts were then deburred. Finally the clips, SNX-F10-11, and Support Angles, SNX-F10-10R/L were combinded to make the Support Channel Assemblies, SNX-F10-9R/L. The part was cleco'd but not riveted.
