Both the Right and Left Idler Attach Bracket, SNX-F10-07R/L, were made from 0.032" 6061-T6 Aluminum. The part was marked on the sheet stock, cut to approximate shape. The require bend was made on the metal brake. Once bent, the parts were cut to the final size and the holes were drilled. The part was then deburred.
