The Idler Assembly, SNX-F10-21, was assembled with the Idler Plate, F10-22, two bushings, F10-23, which were bought from McMaster Carr, and AN hardware. The Cap Angle, F10-03, was made from Z02-03 bent aluminum stock. Next the Seat Attach Hinge, F10-04 was made from MS20257P3 Piano Hinge. The two parts, F10-04 and F10-03 were combined to make the Cap Assembly, F10-02. The parts were deburred and cleco'd.
