The day started off by completing the deburring of the lower firewall skin. Next the forward spar angle was deburred and dimpled with the new squeezer just purchased. That produced a very nice dimple! After lunch, the parts and skins were cleaned with AquaPrep and 3M Scotchbrite pad and then a final cleaning with MEK. The extrusions and small parts were primed with Green zinc oxide primer from a spray can. The skins were primed with AFS primer using a HVLP gun producing a nice surface for later painting.
